My Role:
As a Marketing Assistant, I played a key role in supporting the SEO efforts for the new website. My responsibilities included conducting keyword research, writing optimized content, performing site audits, and implementing strategies to address technical issues.
Actions Taken:
Keyword Research and Content Optimization:
Conducted extensive keyword research using SEMrush to identify target keywords for product category pages, headers, titles, and meta descriptions.
Wrote optimized content for product category pages, homepage headers, and descriptions to align with search intent and improve ranking potential.
Site Audit and Technical Fixes:
Used SEMrush’s Site Audit Tool to identify technical issues such as broken links, crawlability errors, and backlink inconsistencies.
